2004, 2005, and the first 3-Quarters of 2006 had record sales and price appreciations. But, beginning with 4^th quarter of and continuing into the first 4- Months of 2007 2004, 2005, and the first 3-Quarters of 2006 had record sales and price appreciations. But, beginning with 4^th quarter of 2006 and continuing into the first 4-months of 2007the number of home sales began to decline dramatically.
